這句也是用被動語態were presented和were asked。逗號後的半句是由關係副詞where所指導的形容詞子句來潤色其前的先行詞the fifth section，申明問卷第五部份問題的內容。 

    第1句先講問卷由幾個部分所構成，consist of是最經常使用的動詞片語。而逗號後的半句長短限制關係子句，以the first of which作為主詞翻譯which指的是前面的先行詞five sections，是以the first of which就是the first of the five sections，亦即問卷的第一部分。因為問卷的第一部分平日都是查詢拜訪受訪者的配景資料，是以全句除點竄問卷構成部分的數目以外，根基上是可以直接援用到本身的論文寫作上。

最後一句用毗連副詞finally開首，繼續申明第五部份的問題，也是用被動語態were asked。
